The location was convenient and accessible.
I was shocked at the condition of the rooms. The bed in our Queen Room felt unstable and creaked loudly, impossible to sleep comfortably. The breakfast options were very limited and unappealing, consisting mostly of pre-packaged snacks that left us wanting more. It was disheartening to see such a decline in quality after having stayed here previously.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Muncie. Stayed here for 3 nights and greatly enjoyed my choice. Lobby was perfect for breakfast. I had nicely furnished room here with TV and mirrors, for instance. The location was good - very close to An HILL, family visiting college campus, and ball state stadium.

The room was neat with central heating, a microwave and a fridge.
Variety of goodies for breakfast. Location near ball state stadium, family visiting college campus, and big trucks...

Here's the real story
This place was quite the nightmare. Cold, damp rooms, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. The breakfast was severely lacking, with barely any options. I witnessed multiple issues with cleanliness and maintenance, which turned out to be disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.

Unexpected charm in a quaint hotel
The owners were friendly. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra effort they made to ensure our comfort.
We encountered some hiccups during check-in, which took longer than expected. It felt a little unorganized, but they genuinely seemed eager to improve.

Not the best stay
Our room wasn't what we booked. They gave us a queen instead of a king. The coffee maker was gross, and breakfast was basically non-existent. The bathroom door wouldn't even close! On the upside, the location was really convenient, and there was free breakfast, if you could call it that.

The comfy beds were a highlight during my short stay 😊 the outdated bathroom could use some sprucing up, and the breakfast options were pretty limited. Not too shabby for a quick trip!

missingWrote a review on 21 Mayconvenient locationspacious roomample comfortbroken amenities
The location offers easy access to nearby universities and attractions. The room featured two queen beds with ample space and comfort for a family.
Upon arrival, I had to try three different rooms before I found one acceptable, with the first reeking of smoke and the second having a broken bed frame that tilted dangerously. The breakfast options were very limited, just a few items like bread and snack cakes. The vending machines were mostly empty, and the few towels provided were stained.
